EPH’S COMMITMENT
Every Eph garment includes complimentary alterations within 14 days of the completion of your order, because perfecting your fit is part of the process.
In-store purchases receive complimentary alterations at any Eph showroom. For garments ordered online or through our network of Style Partners, we offer alteration reimbursements to ensure you still receive your perfect fit, wherever you are.
We are committed to ensuring you feel confident in your clothing and leave with a garment tailored to you. When you look your best, so do we.
ALTERATIONS
Final fittings are an essential part of the made to measure suiting process. It is your opportunity to share feedback and work with your Style Expert to ensure every detail feels just right.
If you are visiting an Eph Showroom, your Style Expert will guide your try-on and pin your garment for any necessary adjustments, which may include:
Shortening Sleeves
Jacket sleeves should fall at the wrist, just above your shirt cuff.
Taking in or Letting out
Jackets and pants may require shaping or ease adjustments.
Hemming Pants
A clean pant break creates a polished, tailored look.
Adjusting the Waistband
Tailoring the waistband helps improve comfort and fit.
Fit Assistance for Clients Outside Eph Showrooms
If you ordered online or through a Style Rep and do not live near a showroom, you are welcome to work with a local tailor of your choice. We offer up to $100 in reimbursement per suit and shirt for local tailoring. We will provide guidance on common adjustments and walk you through the process.
Every Eph shipment includes our Flawless Fit Guarantee form to ensure your garment fits exactly as it should.
If minor alterations are required, simply visit a trusted local tailor and ask them to note any adjustments made on the form (for example, “+1.25” on the pant hem).
Once alterations are complete, email a copy of the completed form along with your itemized receipt to [email protected].
Approved alterations will be reimbursed via orginal payment method.

How do I choose a trusted tailor?
Check reviews on Google or Yelp. Call ahead to ask about their process, timeline, and pricing — a good tailor will be happy to answer.
My alterations will cost more than $100 - What should I do?
Our Flawless Fit Guarantee covers alteration reimbursements up to the stated amount. If you believe your alterations will exceed $100, please contact our support team before proceeding.
Our team can review the situation and advise on the best next step. If alterations are completed without first contacting support, reimbursement will be limited to the $100 allowance and the option for a garment remake may no longer apply.
What if my tailor advises that the issue cannot be fixed through alterations?
If your tailor determines the concern cannot reasonably be resolved through alterations, please contact our support team. Our team will review the situation and, if appropriate, arrange for a remake of the garment.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every Eph garment is custom-made to your measurements and preferences, refunds are not available. However, our team is committed to ensuring the final result meets expectations. For full details, please see our Terms & Conditions.

WHEN A REMAKE IS REQUIRED
Fit Issues Beyond Alteration
If your garment requires adjustments that cannot reasonably be achieved through tailoring, we will remake it at no additional cost.

If the garment you receive does not match the style, fabric, or customization details from your original order, we will remake it to reflect your selections.
